Situated all on one floor the condo offers a central open-concept living, dining and kitchen area with wood burning fireplace and a television with a DVD and VHS player. From this area access the back deck and relax on the swing enjoying the sites and sounds of the river.
The master bedroom is located on the entry side of the living space and hosts a king size bed, television with VCR, sitting area and private bath. On the far side of the condo are the two remaining bedrooms separated by the second full bath. The first of these bedrooms has a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed while the second offers two twin beds.
During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.
